Qualified and 12+ years of professional experience attorney holding a Master's Degree in Law from the State University of Mumbai, India, and has taken Post Graduate Diplomas in Energy Law as well as in Air & Space Law from the National University of Juridical Sciences, India. He graduated from the International School of Nuclear Law, France as well as from the University of Montpelier 1, France and has undergone professional training in Drafting National Legislation at the Nuclear Law Institute of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), Austria. Before joining VILAF, he had extensive professional working experience with the Government of India, the Office of Legal Affairs of the IAEA and leading international law firms.
